Trust Within Therapy | Virtual Therapy in North Carolina & Washington
A place where every part of you is welcome.
You deserve a therapist you can trust with the things you’ve never said out loud.
Together, we’ll help you strengthen your self-confidence, slowly and safely, one session at a time.
When life feels overwhelming,
it’s hard to know where to turn.
Therapy is where we can sort through it all together, without judgment or shame. With the right support, you can learn to trust yourself again.
You’ve been trying to keep everything together, but inside it feels like:
- Your emotions flip from calm to intense in seconds, and you’re exhausted from the back and forth. Or maybe you even feel detached from your emotions and don’t even think it’s worth your time to figure them out.
- You don’t trust yourself. Making decisions, reacting to stressful situations, and your ability to cope without spiraling feel like it’s out of your control.
- Your relationships feel complicated, and you’re scared you’ll push people away or be abandoned.
- You’re stuck in painful patterns you don’t want to repeat, but you don’t know how to break them.
- You feel misunderstood, like even the people closest to you don’t truly see what you’re carrying.
- You feel disconnected and feel like no one knows you on a deeper level.
- You’re battling thoughts you never talk about, including urges for self-harm or beliefs that you don’t deserve support.
- You experienced trauma at some point in your life.
You’ve carried so much by yourself for so long, and I can promise you won’t feel this way forever.

Hey, I’m Kelly
about me
Hey, I’m Kelly, and I’m really glad you’re here!
I know how hard it can be to reach out for support, especially when you’re used to carrying a lot on your own. In my work, I create a space where you can be honest, messy, emotional, confused, hopeful, and everything in between!
I’m trained in DBT, CPT for Trauma, and IFS-informed work, but more than anything else, I show up as a real person. If you’ve ever felt like the world didn’t know what to do with the intensity of what you feel… you’re in the right place.
I am here for YOU.
